The Opportunity

As a key member of our Electrical Team, you will deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused repairs and maintenance service, ensuring all electrical work is completed right first time and in line with current regulations. You will diagnose faults, carry out repairs, complete electrical testing, and ensure every home meets required safety standards.

Working with minimal supervision, you will prioritise your workload effectively, meet customer appointments, and contribute to strong service KPIs. You will follow materials and van‑stock procedures to support financial control, use PDAs to record work in real time, and adhere to all Health & Safety and lone‑working requirements.

Professionalism is essential, as you will represent the organisation in customers’ homes, communicate clearly to maximise first‑time access, and report any welfare concerns appropriately.

You will also comply with company vehicle policies, work collaboratively with colleagues, and embody our values to help deliver our vision of making a real difference to customers’ lives.

What We’re Looking For

We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:

• City & Guilds 2330 level 3 or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2382 18 th edition and a comprehensive understanding of the BS7671 wiring regulations
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 test and inspection
• Experience in completing an extensive range of domestic electrical works and testing
• Experience of health & safety in the workplace and safe working practices
