The Opportunity

To support the Responsive Repairs Supervisor in delivering a safe, efficient and value-for-money repairs service that achieves high levels of customer satisfaction and completes repairs right first time.

Support the Responsive Repairs Supervisor with the day-to-day coordination of the service while continuing to undertake repairs in customers’ homes. Provide practical guidance to operatives, promote safe working practices and escalate performance, conduct or technical concerns to the Supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Recognised trade qualification NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
• Full driving license.
• Delivering high standards of customer service.
• Substantial experience of delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work in occupied properties, including diagnosing defects, planning work and completing repairs safely and to the required standard.
• Ability to plan and prioritise own workload and that of a team.
• Undertake minor repairs outside the postholder’s primary trade only where trained, competent and authorised to do so, and where the work can be completed safely and to the required standard.
