About Our Team

We work with consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality homes and commercial buildings that meet customer demand whilst achieving value for money.

The team ensures that all systems and processes deliver operational excellence, driving continuous improvement and innovation to achieve or exceed agreed targets.

The Opportunity

The Project Manager (Delivery) role exists to lead the successful planning, coordination and delivery of projects that support Calico’s strategic priorities and improve outcomes for customers, colleagues and communities, including regeneration, estate renewal and new homes activity where required.

In this role, you will manage development activity across the full project lifecycle, including site and scheme appraisal, consultant appointments, design development, planning, procurement, contract administration, construction delivery, handover, defects and project close-out. You will prepare clear reports and recommendations, maintain accurate project records, monitor expenditure and programme performance, and escalate emerging risks promptly.
