Community & Challenge Events Fundraiser

This position will play a vital part in supporting the Income Generation team and the charity as a whole, helping to raise awareness, engage community supporters, develop fundraising opportunities and deliver income across community and challenge event fundraising.
As Community and Challenge Events Fundraiser, you will be responsible for
identifying and developing opportunities to engage community fundraisers, individuals, schools, community groups and challenge event participants across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Staffordshire Moorlands, while also maximising participation and income from challenge and fundraising
events.
You will manage supporters from initial enquiry or sign-up through to fundraising, participation and ongoing stewardship. You will build strong relationships, develop new fundraising opportunities, support the delivery of events and campaigns, and work closely with Marketing and the wider fundraising team to achieve agreed
income and engagement targets.

Salary: £31, 638.55 per annum
Hours of work: 37-hours per week (Mon-Fri) (flexible) as some evenings and weekends may be required on occasion.
Location: Rothesay Court, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent (Hybrid Working)
