Gingerbread Family Support (The Gingerbread Centre) is a charity providing supported accommodation and family support to homeless families and young parents. It is a Living Wage employer and holds Investors in People accreditation.

Services

Gingerbread runs supported accommodation for homeless families, operating a 24/7, 365-day service, alongside wider outreach and community family support delivered in partnership with local agencies, including a community family support service across Newcastle-under-Lyme and the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Where They Operate

Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire, with an expanding family support footprint into Newcastle-under-Lyme and the Staffordshire Moorlands.

Working There

Roles include relief/night support workers, family support workers and maintenance staff. All staff are paid at least the Living Wage, receive enhanced DBS checks and a contributory pension, with generous annual leave.
