Female Care Support Worker

No experience needed | Full training provided | Full UK Manual Driving Licence Essential

What you'll do:

  • Support women with daily living and wellbeing
  • Encourage independence and personal goals
  • Help access activities, education and the local community
  • Build trusted relationships and create a safe, welcoming environment

What you'll need:

  • A caring and positive attitude
  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 rota, which includes overnight shifts, weekends, and bank holidays. You’ll need to be flexible and ready to support people when they need you most.
  • No previous care experience required

Female applicants only. This role is based in an all-women's service and is exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
