The Opportunity
The Care Assistant Nights will be the contact point for Dovestone Gardens Extra Care during the evening ensuring support across the whole service. They will support residents as well as keeping the service safe.
The Care Assistant will enhance the service to residents ensuring timely access to support. This role will support the delivery of excellent care within Syncora Care and provide a holistic approach to the health and wellbeing of people who use our service. The role ensures care and support needs are delivered in a way that respects choice, dignity, individuality, and independence. The role is pivotal to supporting individuals to live safely in their own homes, promote independence and engagement in activities by choice.
The role will be responsible for providing outstanding care and support to residents in line with processes contributing to the Syncora Care vision

What We’re Looking For
We believe in recruiting for potential as well as experience. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Have or be willing to complete the Care Certificate (completed within 12 weeks)
- Have an awareness of the Care Quality Commission and the role you play in adhering to the regulations
- Enrol for QCF/NVQ level 2 within 1 year service.
- A caring and compassionate nature with a drive to assist people to live their best life.
