Town Close in Stokesley have an exciting opportunity working in their Extra Care facility supporting adults who may need some support to carry out daily activities and tasks. Supporting them to regain or maintain their independence and to really make a difference to their lives.
As a Care and Support Worker you will report to a Team Leader and work as part of a team providing direct care and support to adults with care & support in an extra care scheme. Town Close is registered to provide personal care to older people who may also be living with dementia, a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder, mental health needs, a physical disability or sensory impairment.
