About Our Team

The Asset Team responsible for the delivery of all planned investment works across all Calico owned properties to improve the quality of our homes, ensure properties meet decent homes standards and are compliant with regulatory standards.

Alongside other colleagues in the team your role will be to ensure that the service delivers high levels of customer service and meets the strategic objectives of the business.

The Opportunity

As Asset Administrator you will be required to support the Asset Project Officers in delivering a range of projects that contribute to the continued success of our asset management strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Clerical/administrative experience within an office environment
• Experience of managing the effective use of financial processes and systems.
• Experience of using a variety of I.T systems
• Experience of reporting against a range of key performance indicators
• Experience in delivering a range of projects with positive outcomes
• Experience of attending and recording accurate records from meetings with contractors
