We're excited to announce that we're seeking several experienced Customer Accounts Specialists to join our team based in Croydon. As a Customer Accounts Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of our income management service and policies. This role aims to maximise rent collection and minimise financial hardship for our customers across the entire group.
We're looking for people who are target-driven, have a strong track record in delivering high-quality service, and have excellent communication skills. You'll need to be able to adapt well and be confident in dealing with difficult situations. In addition, you'll present cases in court, so excellent written communication skills and proficiency in mathematical calculations are a must.
Ideally, you'll have a housing background, GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent, and proficiency in MS Office packages. You'll also need to be able to travel extensively across the region to remote locations where public transport may not be available.
