Salary: £2,500 p.a.
Location: Committee meetings operate on a hybrid-working basis.
The Committee Co-optee role at Advance provides a unique opportunity to join us in our crucial role supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions. By providing high-quality housing and support services, Advance aims to make a lasting impact on our customers’ lives.
As a Committee Co-optee, you will work closely with Board Members and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure effective governance, strategic oversight, and constructive challenge. You will help shape policies and strategies, and ensure our customer needs are central to decision-making, all while upholding strong governance and promoting the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
By leveraging personal expertise and focusing on performance you will help ensure we meet our targets and deliver high quality services effectively, while promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout the organisation.
Candidates will ideally offer skills and experience in at least one of the following areas: care and support, social housing, people and culture and using data and business intelligence, all with the overall aim of to ensuring that we are well positioned to continually develop and improve our services for our customers. Advance will also welcome applications from people with lived experience relevant to our mission.
