Blackburn Bank Worker Hostel Security Night Concierge

We are looking for a Night Concierge to join our team at our homeless hostels in Blackburn. The role will involve providing security and customer service to our residents. You will be responsible for:

Greeting and welcoming residents
Answering phones and responding to inquiries
Monitoring the security of the premises
Managing and descalating Anti Socil Behavior and calling the emergency services when required.
Ensuring that all fire and safety procedures are followed
Assisting with the maintenance of the premises
Building Welfare Checks
Light Cleaning Duties

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in a security or customer service role is desirable
An enhanced DBS or willingness to be Enhanced DBS checked.
