Homeless Link’s Consultancy team works with organisations across the homelessness, housing, health and wider social and public sectors to improve services, strengthen organisational effectiveness and ultimately achieve better outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.

As Consultancy Manager, you will play a central role in leading the delivery of our consultancy projects. Working closely with the Consultancy team, Associates and clients, you will provide high-quality project leadership and delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and demonstrating the highest possible impact.

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised professional with a strong track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality consultancy services. You will be confident leading multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the nature and causes of homelessness, excellent project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, Associates and colleagues at all levels. You will be comfortable facilitating meetings and workshops, managing project delivery, coordinating inputs from multiple contributors and presenting findings and recommendations clearly and credibly. You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of undertaking reviews, evaluations, research or service improvement projects. You will be confident interpreting qualitative and quantitative evidence, producing high-quality written outputs and translating complex information into practical recommendations. Experience in consultancy, housing, homelessness, health or wider policy environments would be advantageous. An understanding of the challenges facing people experiencing homelessness and the organisations that support them is desirable, alongside a commitment to Homeless Link’s mission and values.
