We are seeking passionate, committed, and compassionate individuals to join our team delivering high-quality Intensive Housing Management support within our hostel services in Long Eaton.
As a Support Worker, you will provide housing-related support to adults experiencing homelessness, helping individuals to achieve stability, develop independence, and move towards positive long-term outcomes.
Working as a key worker, you will build trusting relationships with the people you work alongside, promoting independence, and supporting individuals to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to sustain their tenancies and achieve their goals. You will create and review person-centred support plans, complete risk assessments, manage tenancy-related needs, and help residents access local services and opportunities.
Working in a hostel environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver coordinated, effective support. We are looking for flexible, adaptable individuals who are committed to supporting people experiencing homelessness. The role requires participation in a rota, including evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays, and occasional short-notice cover.
