We believe that recovery is possible for everyone, and that the best people to build recovery communities are those who have lived and breathed these experiences themselves.We are now recruiting Recovery Community Coordinators to join our growing team as part of an exciting new phase of our work. This is a rare opportunity to shape a role from the ground up, build something meaningful in your community, and be part of an organisation that genuinely values your voice. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGNo two days will look the same. You will be out in the community, meeting people where they are, building trust, and opening doors into recovery that might otherwise stay closed. You will: Engage people experiencing homelessness and addiction and support them on their journey towards treatment and recoveryProvide personalised one-to-one support, navigating services and advocating for individualsBuild and run peer-led groups, engagement hubs and community activitiesCoordinate pathways into residential detox and rehabilitationSupport people through aftercare, building connection, belonging and purposeWork in partnership with outreach teams, housing services, substance use teams and local authoritiesCollect data and evidence to demonstrate the impact of your work WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe care far more about values, drive and real-world experience than formal qualifications.
