Additional information:
- Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle – business insurance will be required for roles involving travel for work.
- Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when required.

About the Role:
As an Assertive Outreach Worker, you’ll be on the frontline supporting individuals experiencing rough sleeping to take positive steps towards a safer, more stable future.
Based in Gloucester, you’ll work out in the community, building trust, tackling challenges head‑on, and helping people access the support they need. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where resilience, initiative, and a proactive mindset are key.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and build relationships with people who are rough sleeping in Gloucestershire, using outreach sessions and regular visits to agencies/venues visited by individuals who are rough sleeping.
- Maintain client records, so they are accurate and fully updated at all times.
- Ensure all clients are provided with high-quality person-centred services which takes a strength-based and trauma-informed approach.
- Work collaboratively taking a multi-agency approach to safeguard clients.
