We’re looking for a Community Development Team Leader to help shape stronger, safer and more connected communities across West Wales.
This role is about more than organising projects or events - it’s about helping people thrive in their homes and neighbourhoods. You’ll lead community initiatives that support wellbeing, reduce isolation, improve neighbourhood pride, and help create places where people feel supported and connected.
From managing community investment and supporting the ateb Trust, to building partnerships and leading targeted support around digital inclusion, energy efficiency and financial wellbeing, this role offers the chance to make a genuine long-term difference.
We’re looking for someone with experience in community development, housing or the third sector, who can lead people, build partnerships and turn ideas into meaningful outcomes.
💷 Salary: £35K
