As a Foxtons Tenancy Administrator based in Watford, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a first class customer experience for both landlord and tenants. You’ll act as a trusted and approachable point of contact, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, care and a strong focus on service quality.
This is a highly people- focused role where your ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly will directly shape the experience our customers receive. From managing tenancy administration and coordinating maintenance, to supporting landlords with updates and guiding tenants through queries, you will ensure every details is handled smoothly and proactively,
Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams, you’ll help maintain and enhance relationships across a portfolio of residential properties in the Watford area and beyond. Your work will be key to ensuring landlords feel supported, tenants feel heard and uses are resolved efficiently and positively.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoy helping people, takes prides in creating outstanding service experience and understand the importance of great communication. No previous property management experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided.
