You will set the strategic direction for an integrated marketing function, leading bold, innovative work that drives audience growth, returning visitors and engagement with diverse audiences.Working across exhibitions, events, site destinations and digital platforms, you will bring strong commercial instinct, creative judgement and audience insight to campaigns that deliver impact at scale.Key responsibilities include:Developing and leading an integrated marketing strategy focused on audience growth and engagementLeading campaign strategy and planning to meet audience and revenue targetsActing as brand guardian, ensuring consistent and positive positioning across all marketing touchpointsUsing audience insight, data and analytics to inform strategy, planning and evaluationOverseeing integrated campaigns across advertising, digital, social, print, partnerships, promotions and onsite activityDriving audience development initiatives, particularly with young people, families, local communities and international visitorsWorking closely with CRM and membership teams to deepen engagement and support growthLeading creative development and overseeing high quality marketing contentManaging agencies, media buying, procurement and performance reporting About YouYou will be a strategic and inspiring senior marketer with experience leading high profile brand campaigns across multiple channels.You will bring:Substantial experience leading and delivering marketing strategy for a major brandA strong track record in integrated campaign delivery across multiple mediaExpertise in digital marketing including social, PPC, email and contentStrong audience development and brand positioning experienceExcellent creative and editorial judgementStrong knowledge of media planning and advertising channelsExperience using data, insight and segmentation to improve performanceLeadership skills with experience developing high performing teamsStrong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skillsCommitment to diversity, inclusion and broadening access About the OrganisationThis organisation is a globally recognised cultural institution with a mission to make art available to all through its galleries, collections, programme and digital platforms.
