The role offers the chance to gain practical experience in volunteer management and be part of a team that brings history and art to life for diverse audiences.As Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator, you will support our mission by fostering strong connections between sites and their local communities. You will play a key role in the operational management of Ranger's House and all free-to-enter, statues & monuments, and hidden gem sites, including H&S, and will be responsible for managing formalised partnerships (such as Local Management Agreements). You will coordinate activities at free-to-enter sites, statues & monuments and hidden gems, and sites managed by third parties in your region and act as a first point of contact for these sites. A key focus will be on ensuring that these sites are well cared for, well presented and safe by managing programmes of site checks and compliance activity and cyclical tasks.
