The Role
We’re looking for a committed, proactive, and empathetic Support Worker to join our London team on a Part-time permanent contract.
You’ll work directly with tenants facing complex challenges including homelessness, mental health, substance misuse and social care needs. Your support will help them develop essential life skills, maintain their tenancy, and move toward independent living.
London Based, in-person role
Own vehicle & full driving licence required (mileage allowance paid)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain high occupancy levels and report on voids and outcomes monthly
- Provide tenancy management support and encouragement to residents
- Carry out weekly fire safety and emergency checks
- Reduce anti-social behaviour through regular property visits and proactive engagement
- Complete property inspections and risk assessments
- Work collaboratively with referral partners and external agencies
- Keep accurate, detailed and confidential support notes and digital files
- Encourage residents to keep properties safe, clean and well maintained, reporting repairs as needed

Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a support or housing environment
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care
- Full UK driving licence & own vehicle
