We have an exceptional opportunity to join our Lucy Adams House team as a Project Co-ordinator!
Be at the heart of a service that changes lives. This role ensures Lucy Adams House is safe, well-run and welcoming, overseeing 24-hour staffing, safety compliance and essential works. You'll work closely with the team to create an environment where residents can move forward towards independent living!
We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements
Outline of Key Responsibilities...
- Line Managing the Project Team at Lucy Adams House homeless hostel ensuring suitable staffing is in place via the Staff Rota
- Monitoring welfare and development of Project Team alongside line management core responsibilities. As the team provides a 24-hour service a flexible approach to working is required
- Ensure that the checks are carried out on residents by the Project Team to maintain their safety and the security of the building and its visitors and monitoring activity in the hostel and outlying properties via CCTV
- Ensuring safety rules of the hostel and accommodation are adhered to by residents and if breaches of rules occur ensuring necessary support provisions and actions are taken
- Assisting the Project Manager, Support Co-ordinator and Support Workers to help develop residents' social and life skills, with the aim to enable residents to achieve their individual resettlement goals
We are looking for someone who has...
- Current Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
- Knowledge of issues leading to homelessness
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new IT systems as well as train others
- Experience in relating effectively with individuals from all backgrounds in an empathetic way
- Experience of using a range of methods to communicate effectively
- Experience of dealing with complex interpersonal situations
