This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Lead to take the helm of our Future Generations Leadership Academy during a period of maternity cover. This is your chance to shape the next generation of leaders and make a lasting impact across Wales. The Role: Part-time (approx. 4 days/30 hrs per week) until May 2027 (funding dependent) Flexible arrangements? Absolutely. What You’ll Do: Design and deliver an ambitious leadership programme for young people (18–30) from every corner of Wales. Build and grow our thriving Alumni network (150+ strong and counting!) Create opportunities for participants to learn, connect with senior leaders, travel across Wales and internationally, and become lifelong advocates for the Well-being of Future Generations Act. Lead residential learning experiences, secure funding, engage public bodies, and measure impact. Responsible for line managing our Academy Support team member.
