Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham. (Covering the Borough of Walsall

)Salary: £33,400 + £750 car allowanc

As a Housing Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tenancy management services across our communities. Working closely with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies, you will help sustain tenancies, resolve neighbourhood issues, and support safer, cleaner, and stronger communities. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where no two days are the sam

e.
You`ll manage a varied caseload includi

ng:Tenancy management and sustainm
entAnti-social behaviour (ASB) case managem
entEstate inspections and neighbourhood managem
entTenancy audits, fraud investigations, and tenancy chan
gesPartnership working with local authorities, police, social services, and support agenc
iesSupporting vulnerable customers to maintain successful tenanc
iesManaging emergency transfers, decants, and customer complain

ts.
