About The Role
Join Porchlight and make a real difference to people experiencing homelessness. Were looking for a compassionate, proactive individual to support entrenched rough sleepers and those with complex needs into Housing First/Housing-Led accommodation and help them sustain tenancies. Youll provide tailored, strength-based support, working closely with partner agencies to address challenges such as mental health, substance misuse, and social integration. This is a full-time, fixed-term role (37.5 hours per week) with a salary of £26,850£29,644. The Role Requires
- Ability to build trust and provide intensive, person-centred support to people with complex needs.
- Experience of working with rough sleepers and delivering strength-based interventions.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, housing legislation, and multi-agency working.

Working pattern: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required.
