Shifts: Days, Nights and Weekend shifts available.

We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team as a Homeless Outreach Worker. This role would suit someone who has a background working with mental health issues or people suffering from homelessness. You will play a vital role in helping homeless individuals regain stability and improve their quality of life.
The ideal candidate would be able to:
- Knowledgeable in the benefits system and how to maximise income and complete PIP claims.
- Happy to be flexible to do Outreach work into the community.
- Support a small service of clients with residential needs and be willing to perform support sessions with the clients.
- Have the ability to lone work and to show experience of doing this in the past.
- Performing safety checks and welfare checks.
- Be willing to perform early morning verifications for rough sleeper clients.
- Ad hoc administrative tasks when required.
- Writing up case notes on residents when necessary.
Requirements:
- Valid Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children on the Update Service is required for this role.
- Valid UK Driver’s License and access to a car is Required.
