Contract
Fixed term contract, until 1 October 2026
Our Homelessness Prevention Money Advice Project helps Crawley residents stay in their homes by tackling debt, maximising income, and supporting financial stability. If you’re passionate about making a real difference to people at risk of homelessness, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Money Advice Caseworker, you’ll provide holistic debt advice and income maximisation support, negotiate with creditors and landlords, and help clients access benefits, housing options, and wider financial assistance. You’ll manage a varied caseload to high standards, deliver advice in person and remotely, and work closely with local partners and agencies. This is a rewarding, client-focused role where strong communication, resilience, and organisational skills are key.
We welcome applications from experienced advisers and from those interested in a trainee role, with full training provided.
