Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Homeless Outreach Worker for a leading Homeless Recovery Service based in Tw1 Post Code Area of Twickenham in South West London bordering Surrey, who is really passionate about providing a personal recovery service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

In this vital role, you will deliver targeted outreach, primarily in Kingston (with occasional work in Wandsworth), engaging with people who are sleeping rough. You will provide a consistent, supportive point of contact, carrying out needs assessments, delivering personalised case management and helping clients access services and secure stable accommodation.
You’ll work closely with the Pan-London Rough Sleeping Team and other agencies to ensure appropriate, accessible support is in place.
Due to the need to meet clients at locations a driving licence and your own transport is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed.
In return for your commitment, if paid via our agency we are able to offer a very competitive rate of pay of between £19.21- £20.92 per hour dependent on experience determined by interview or if directly employed FTC achieved will pay £34391 FTE.
