Summary
Are you passionate in supporting people? Whilst having flexibility, to fit around your lifestyle or commitments? We are looking for Scheme Support Officers to join our amazing Relief Team, to help support initially in the Merthyr area.
Overview
How it works
Flexibility - As a Relief worker you will not be obliged to commit to work a set number of hours a week. You can work flexibly to suit you, selecting your own shifts from the shifts available.
New Opportunities - These positions are ideal for individuals with other commitments or someone who wants to try something new. It gives you the chance to feel you are making a difference on a daily basis. Your manager will offer shifts in your preferred location with as much notice as possible but you might be contacted on an ad-hoc basis when shift cover is needed. As such, the hours may not be guaranteed.
Development/Progression - You will be required to attend training courses and actively participate. Bespoke and blended learning opportunities will be available, but these sessions take place weekdays either online or at our main offices. Lone working may also apply in some of our services, but we provide all training required to successfully deliver the role and you will have access to a bespoke learning pathway with the support of an experienced Learning & Development team. You will be paid your hourly rate when undergoing training.
Induction, eLearning & Classroom Sessions. Once done, you will undertake
two shadow shifts. Once completed, you will have access to book & arrange your own shifts.
