We're hiring a Sales Progression Compliance Executive to join our team in Croydon.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality service to our customers while ensuring that business targets and service standards are consistently achieved. You'll also take the lead on resolving escalated issues from the team and play a key role in overseeing and supporting the team throughout the entire conveyancing process, from instruction through to completion.
A key part of the role includes supporting stakeholder engagement by coordinating meetings, actions, and events, while also contributing to the development of strong internal relationships and the delivery of high-quality professional services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need experience with large plot sale conveyancing operations, including knowledge of audit requirements, and a strong understanding of GDPR and regulatory compliance specific to shared ownership. You should also have a proven track record of working with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, developers, and agents, as well as experience collaborating with Governance teams to ensure legal document compliance. Additionally, experience in preparing site legal sales packs with solicitors is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of audiences.
