Slough Outreach – Homeless Project is a community-driven initiative committed to aiding homeless and vulnerable individuals in Slough and surrounding areas. We offer essential services such as hot meals, warm clothing, and advocacy support for those in need. Our organization also provides access to medical care and connects individuals with services offered by local authorities and other voluntary groups. Through our advocacy support, we help service users with one-on-one assistance to address specific issues.
Role Description
This is a on-site role for Charity Shop Volunteers, located in Cippenham. Volunteers will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including assisting customers, organizing and managing donations, maintaining the cleanliness and order of the shop, and providing general support to ensure the smooth operation of the store. Volunteers may also engage in inventory management and help promote Slough Outreach mission and values through excellent customer service.

- Organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in retail or charity shop environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
