What you’ll do
•Lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
•Create a safe, welcoming environment using Trauma-Informed Care principles and a psychologically informed approach.
•Oversee drop-in operations, from crisis response to structured case management.
•Build and maintain strong partnerships with housing providers, local authorities, and community organisations.
•Facilitate beneficiary engagement and co-produce services that meet their evolving needs.
•Handle challenging situations with confidence, providing effective solutions under pressure.
What we’re looking for
•Experience working with vulnerable groups (e.g., homelessness, substance misuse, mental health).
•Strong organisational and leadership skills – able to motivate teams and foster a positive culture.
•Knowledge of housing legislation, homelessness policy, and welfare benefits.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to handle conflict, manage risk, and prioritise in fast-paced environments.
