Location: Birmingham B15 1LZ

As a leading housing organisation, we're always thinking ahead about how our tenants remain at the heart of what we do – which leads us to establish two new roles which are key to improving access to information for Tenants, fostering an environment of transparency across the frontline services we deliver.
As a Tenant Access to Information Lead, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management and governance of fulfilling Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIR) requests, providing tenants with access to information regarding their tenancy and housing conditions. Utilising your excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you'll work closely with operational teams and tenants to process requests. You'll also support wider tenant access to information initiatives by providing analysis on key reasons for tenants requesting access, encouraging proactive sharing of information.
This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation that is proud to be an early adopter of Tenant Access to Information services!
