Accommodation and support services

Muir's core business is general-needs rented housing, supplemented by shared ownership under the Homes by Muir brand and independent-living schemes for people over 60 branded Muir Living. It also runs supported housing: the association states it has two supported housing schemes in Chester that provide accommodation and support to help people live independently. Tenancy support for existing residents is delivered through a Help 4 You service covering benefits, cost-of-living and debt advice, wellbeing and furniture help. Repairs and maintenance are handled by an in-house provider, Muir Property Solutions.
