HHS Group Ltd is a specialist staffing and support services provider with extensive experience within the homelessness, supported accommodation and social care sectors.

We provide reliable, experienced and appropriately vetted staff to organisations supporting people with complex and multiple needs. Our services include Night Concierge, Waking Night Support, Support Workers, Security and Concierge Staffing, Emergency and Winter Provision, and Managed Staffing Solutions.

Our teams work across a diverse range of services, including adult homelessness accommodation and Ofsted-regulated supported accommodation for young people. We understand that every service and resident group is different, and we work closely with our clients to provide staffing that reflects the individual needs, risks and operating procedures of each project.

HHS Group has particular experience in safeguarding, incident management, professional boundaries, psychologically informed approaches, lone working, conflict management and supporting individuals who may present with complex or challenging needs. Staff are expected to work respectfully and professionally while maintaining the safety, dignity and wellbeing of residents.

We recognise that homelessness services require more than simply filling shifts. Consistency, reliability and quality of staff are central to maintaining safe and effective services. We therefore place strong emphasis on recruitment, vetting, training, deployment and ongoing staff management.

Our operational infrastructure enables us to provide 24/7 staffing support, helping us respond to sickness, absence, emergencies and unexpected staffing requirements. This provides clients with additional resilience and helps maintain continuity of service, including during nights, weekends and periods of increased demand.

HHS Group can support organisations with both individual staffing requirements and larger managed contracts, including planned rotas, temporary cover, emergency provision and seasonal services.
