Supported housing and homelessness work
Alongside general rented housing, Connect Housing runs specialist supported schemes for people who need extra help to find and keep a home. This includes young people's supported housing in Huddersfield and Heckmondwike for under-25s who have experienced homelessness or family breakdown, plus move-on accommodation for people leaving hostels, refuges or other supported housing.
