Night Assistant Recovery Navigator

Second Step seeks a Night Assistant Recovery Navigator for Wellbridge House, a 24/7 community rehabilitation service supporting individuals with long-term mental health and complex needs. Location: Wellbridge House, Thornfield Road, Brentry, Bristol, BS10 6NB. Salary: £25,878 pro-rata annually. Hours: 34.5 hours weekly across 3 waking night shifts (21:00-09:30). Contract: Permanent. Closing Date: Wednesday 30 September 2026. The role involves collaborating with service users using a client-centred approach. Staff will deliver social and clinical interventions tailored to individual cultural and social needs. Duties include supporting healthy sleep patterns, maintaining a calm environment, providing emotional assistance, and managing associated risks within the 10-room facility.
