Second Step, a leading mental health charity in the Southwest, is recruiting an Early Intervention Worker for their Bristol location. The role involves supporting individuals aged 14-35 who are experiencing early-stage psychosis. Workers will manage caseloads, build therapeutic relationships, and support care planning while liaising with multiple agencies including secondary care teams and GPs. You will work with families, carers and friends and be working within a multi-disciplinary team. Candidates should demonstrate a considered, thoughtful and reflective approach toward supporting an individual in their recovery journey. Mental health experience is essential, particularly in providing interventions during acute crises and connecting individuals to community resources. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to coordinate across various organisations are crucial. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving service users' lived experiences and possess proven knowledge of mental health support needs. Salary: £27,099 annually. Hours: 37 per week. Contract: Permanent. Location: Campbell House, High Kingsdown, Bristol.
