About the Role

Surveying and Maintenance Manager:

To provide professional building surveying services across the organisation's property portfolio, ensuring that assets are safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit for purpose.

The Surveying and Maintenance Manager will undertake inspections, identify defects, manage repairs and improvement works, develop and support planned maintenance programmes, and provide technical advice to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Manage, coach and develop the maintenance team to ensure all objectives are met, including managing responsive/cyclical repairs and void works. To deliver best practice results regarding costs, time and quality standards.

You will be an experienced manager with organisational and leadership abilities, with a good understanding of risk and compliance, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
