Our services across the country help thousands of people each year who are experiencing a wide range of complicated challenges, including homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction, unemployment, involvement with the criminal justice system, sexual exploitation and domestic abuse. By focusing on their strengths, potential and opportunities, we support the people we work with to overcome their problems and live safe, successful, independent lives.

About the Project - Abbott House

Welcome to Abbott House, located in Newcastle upon Tyne. Our project is dedicated to providing accommodation for individuals with a range of complex needs. As a Project Worker you will have the opportunity to join our passionate team of 7 members, which includes a dedicated group of 3 support workers.

We are committed to delivering high-quality support, and we welcome your expertise and dedication to help us continue making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve. You will be given training on all aspects of the role as well as taking part in regular reflective practice and case management reviews with the whole team.

Our project operates on a rolling rota schedule; therefore, your commitment and flexibility are essential as shift times may vary to ensure uninterrupted support.

About the Job

Work with clients on a one-to-one basis and provide them with a plan to identify their needs and agree on how best to meet them.
