• We support customers with complex mental health needs, who have been discharged from hospital and need support to manage and maintain a tenancy, alongside accessing the community.

This role gives you the chance to grow your career while making a difference where it matters most. You’ll take on new challenges, build your expertise and help create positive change. Be part of one of the UK’s Great Places to Work! We can’t offer a CoS for this role.
