Using a strengths-based approach, you'll build trusting relationships, create outcome-focused support plans and help young people access education, training, employment, health services and opportunities within their local community. You'll be a strong advocate, ensuring each customer's voice is heard and their aspirations remain at the centre of the support they receive.

You'll work closely with colleagues, external agencies and community partners to promote wellbeing, manage risk, safeguard vulnerable young people and create positive outcomes.

Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and provide relevant documentation if appointed.
