The Stoll Foundation is a leading provider of supported housing for vulnerable and disabled veterans in the UK. With a proud legacy of service, we are committed to

We are seeking an inspiring Support Services Manager to continue our innovative work with Veterans. This post will be based at our site in Fulham, leading a team of support workers who deliver person-centred support, promote independence and wellbeing as part of Stoll’s supported housing services.


The successful applicant will be passionate about providing a high-quality support service, getting the best outcomes possible, and will have the following experience and knowledge:


· Strong experience supporting vulnerable adults to live more independently.


· Proven experience managing, motivating and developing a team.


· A good understanding of safeguarding, risk and health & safety.


· Experience working with external agencies and building strong partnerships.


· The ability to monitor service quality, outcomes and performance.


· An understanding of the experiences and challenges faced by veterans and the wider ex-Service community.


Above all, you will be driven and motivated by the real and lasting positive impact that we have on the lives of Veterans enabling them to live as independently as possible.
