About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

A safe home is the solid base from which you build your life. We support people who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless, as well as providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women and young people.

Accommodation to us doesn’t just mean a roof over your head and shelter from the elements. About the Job

Maintenance Worker (Sessional)

We are seeking a practical and proactive Sessional Maintenance Worker to provide responsive maintenance support across our six supported accommodation services in Westminster.

The role will involve carrying out minor repairs, completing health and safety tasks, preparing vacant rooms for new residents, liaising with contractors where required, and helping to ensure our buildings remain safe, compliant and well maintained.

The successful candidate will have good practical skills, be organised, able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering safe, high-quality accommodation for our residents.
