This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed and strengths-based support services that empower women to achieve positive outcomes and greater independence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage service performance, risks, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, community partners and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure customers are actively involved in shaping the services they receive.
  • Drive service quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
  • Promote MTVH's values while maintaining compliance with contractual, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a compassionate and experienced leader who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional services for women with complex needs.

You will have:

  • Experience managing supported housing, homelessness, housing-related support, or complex needs services.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.
  • Experience supporting vulnerable adults with complex and multiple needs.
  • Excellent people management and performance management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, performance targets and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and health and safety requirements.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work flexibly and participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.

Why Join MTVH?

At MTVH, you'll be part of an organisation committed to making a meaningful difference in local communities. You'll join a supportive team environment where collaboration, innovation and customer focus are at the heart of everything we do.

Important Information

  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • This role involves regular contact with vulnerable adults and is subject to safeguarding requirements.
  • The postholder may occasionally be required to work unsocial hours, weekends, public holidays and participate in an on-call rota.
