Location: London Office (1 day in the office per week for team day required)

Contract: Permanent

About the role

It’s an exciting time to join the England Policy and Campaigns team. The Prime Minister has announced a commitment to end rough sleeping, starting with a national drive to give everyone a route of the streets by Christmas. Now it’s down to us to campaign to secure the changes that will deliver long-term change. This is a huge opportunity.

As Senior Digital Campaigns Officer, you will harness the power of digital to deepen and grow our movement of people to challenge the injustice of homelessness and influence decision-makers. You’ll collaborate across the organisation to plan, develop and execute campaign strategies, lead on our digital campaign content and identify reactive opportunities to maximise impact. You’ll come up with bold and creative ways to inspire and help people to get involved in our mission, including amplifying the voices of people who have lived experience of homelessness. We’re a supportive and passionate team, with a strong belief in the power of people to make change.

About you

  • You are an experienced digital campaigner. You identify opportunities, shape bold campaign strategies and deliver creative tactics to influence decision-makers.
  • You have practical knowledge of digital campaigns tools and are passionate about keeping up with innovations and using insights and analytics to continuously improve.
  • You bring people together behind a shared goal and use project management skills to collaborate to ensure impactful delivery.
  • You understand policy and politics and enjoy coming up with creative and compelling ways of communicating to the public, motivating them to take action.
  • You are passionate about ending homelessness, shifting public perceptions and empowering people to make change.
