Sales Customer Service Advisor - Location: Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1LA. Salary: £29,025 - £30,553 per annum. Contract: Full-time, Permanent. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30. Working Model: Hybrid with designated office days. Closing Date: 21 September 2026. The organisation seeks a customer-focused professional to join their SO Resi team. This position involves being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from their very first interaction. Key Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries across phone, email, webchat, and social media channels. Delivering high-quality service throughout the customer journey. Managing and resolving customer inquiries independently. Fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Balancing multiple priorities with attention to detail. Supporting customers about Shared Ownership and SO Resi developments. Required Qualifications: Strong communication and telephone abilities. Prior customer service experience. Proficient Microsoft Office skills. Interest in or knowledge of property sector/Shared Ownership. Problem-solving mindset. Relationship-building capabilities.
