Repairs and Voids Team Leader

Salary: £ 37,476.00 per year

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Norfolk & surrounding areas

Orwell Housing Association is looking for an experienced Repairs & Voids Team Leader to support the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service.

 You'll lead a team of Multi-Skilled Tradespeople, Craftspersons, Groundworkers and Apprentices, ensuring repairs and void works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

 What You'll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of operatives.
  • Carry out quality inspections and provide technical support.
  • Monitor performance, productivity and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular supervision and 1:1s.
  • Support recruitment, training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and excellent customer service.

 

What We're Looking For

✔ Multi-skilled trade qualification or significant industry experience

✔ Strong repairs and maintenance knowledge

✔ Experience supervising or leading operational teams

✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✔ Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation

✔ Full UK Driving Licence
