Key Responsibilities: Direct and motivate administrators delivering case management services. Ensure accurate case recording, monitoring, and resolution progression meeting service standards. Manage allocations, workloads, and priorities for timely responses. Handle escalations and complex cases with guidance and support. Monitor team performance, identify trends, and drive improvements. Coach team members on capability development and service consistency. Maintain data quality and record-keeping standards across systems. Collaborate with operational teams, contractors, and colleagues on case resolution. Support Awaab's Law implementation ensuring regulatory compliance. Generate performance reports and insights for operational decision-making. Foster positive, inclusive team culture aligned with organisational values. Essential Requirements: Team leadership or supervisory experience in housing, repairs, customer services, compliance, case management, or related operational roles. Strong knowledge of social housing services, repairs obligations, or regulatory requirements. Experience managing complex customer matters and escalations. Demonstrated ability coaching and developing colleagues. Strong organisational skills managing competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills. Performance monitoring and data analysis capability. Attention to detail with commitment to accurate records. Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office.
