The organisation seeks an experienced Team Leader to oversee a newly formed administrative team supporting Phase 2 of Awaab's Law implementation. This role emphasises leading, motivating and supporting a team of administrators to deliver a high-quality case management and administrative service. Primary Responsibilities: Direct and develop a team handling damp, mould, hazards, repairs and compliance cases. Manage case allocations and workload distribution for timely resolution. Monitor individual and team performance while identifying improvement opportunities. Coach team members to build capability and consistency. Ensure accurate data quality and record keeping across systems. Collaborate with operational teams and contractors for case resolution. Implement Awaab's Law processes ensuring regulatory compliance. Generate performance reports and service improvement insights. Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture aligned with organisational values. Essential Requirements: Team leadership experience in housing, repairs, customer services, compliance or case management. Knowledge of social housing services and regulatory requirements. Ability to manage complex customer inquiries and sensitive situations. Demonstrated coaching and staff development skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Performance monitoring and data analysis experience. Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office.
